This is a high intensity, high volume program that is designed for intermediate to advanced levels lifters. What you have is a 3 days split that is one of the most extreme and intense programs out there. Most sets will be all out failure, pushing your body to the limits.
It is a hypertrophy based program where we target every muscle group twice a week.
Monday: Chest and Back
Wednesday: Shoulders and Arms
Friday: Chest and Back
Sunday: Shoulders and Arms
