Current Diet: Get less fluffy

20 Minutes HIIT 4 times a week.

Meal 1: 2 whole eggs, 5 ounces of steak, 1/2 cup oatmeal

Meal 2: 8 ounces of chicken, 1/2 cup white jasmine rice

Meal 3: 8 ounces of chicken, 1 whole wheat flour tortilla

Meal 4: 8 ounces of chicken, 1/2 cup jasmine rice

Post WO: 2 scoop hydrolyzed whey isolate, 2 pop tarts

Meal 5: 6 ounces of steak, 3/4 cup jasmine rice

Meal 6: 1 cup greek yogurt, 1 scoop whey isolate, 1 tablespoon of all natural peanut butter.
